Basil oil is extracted from the flowering herb through steam distillation. The aroma is sharp and sweet-spicy with a soft anise undertone and lingers for a long time. Although the basil plant originates from tropical Asia and Africa, we primarily associate this herb with la dolce vita and the Italian sun. The green scent has a positive effect on your mood and is refreshing and motivating. Not suitable for pregnant women and children.
